The Details:

Unlike the klugii Clown Isopods, the 'Eastern Clown' does not have colorful spots. Instead, there is a dark symentrical pattern on both sides of its body. It has a slightly yellow stripe runnning in the middle of its back from nose to tail.

Prefers a moderate moisture gradient, starting with one side of the enclosure being wet, the middle being moist,  and the opposite side is completely dry.

Mostly active at night.

Not sexually dimorphic.

AKA "Pillbug", thus rolls into a ball to retain moisture when the habitat is too dry, as well as a defensive posture.
