    Native Locale: Corfu, Greece
    Adult Size:  .9"
    Reproduction: Prolific (once established)
    Growth: Fast
Difficulty:  Intermediate collectors. Said to be a bit difficult to establish.

An orange mutation of the wild type A. werneri. Both cultures share the same five bands of spots; however, the 'Orange' type has an orange body/base, and sometimes its spots are a shade of orange.

Like the wild type, Orange werneri isopods are large and hardy and can be shy.

Orange werneri isopods do well in both tropical and temperate habitats. So, provide a gradient habitat starting with moderately wet, the middle being moist, and the opposite end being dry. Good ventilation is critical.

Captive bred. Colonies include various sizes/ages.
