Blaptica dubia (Dubia Roaches)

AKA 'Orange-Spotted Roach', 'Tropical Spotted Roach', 'Guyana Spotted Roach', 'Argentinian Wood Roach'
Dubias are a tropical species of cockroach native to South and Central America, inhabiting the floors of lush, tropical forests. They are the most popular feeder roach.
Their lifespan is 9 months to 2 years.
Dubias are quiet and unable to jump or climb smooth surfaces. They are relatively slow-moving and rarely fly. They are ground dwellers and only come out at night to scavenge for food.
Dubias can cause allergic reactions in humans, although they produce relatively little odor compared to many cockroaches.
Our Dubia Roaches are bred solely as a food source for exotic pets and are gut-loaded to ensure they provide the highest nutritional value.
We sell them by size (roughly) and in smaller quantities of 5, 10, and 25 units to support hobbyists. They are mixed sexes.
