Reproductive Rate: Slow to start, then consistent throughout the year. It is reported that a balance between males and females should be maintained to prevent males from fighting.

A large, white isopod is identifiable by its size and splashes of lemony yellow.

Requires a drier habitat with a small area of moisture for humidity. These isopods are sensitive to stale, moist air, so ventilation is crucial.

Rather shy and quickly scatter. Prefer to hide.

Not sexually dimorphic. 

AKA "Sowbug", thus cannot roll into a ball. 

 

Captive bred. Colonies include various sizes/ages.
