This is a large isopod identified by its dark grey carapace with yellow and white splotches. Prefers low-humidity environments that are mostly dry and have a smaller moist space. Good ventilation.

Sexually dimorphic. Males have significantly longer uropods, making them noticeably different from females.

AKA "Sowbug", thus cannot roll into a ball.

 

Captive bred. Colonies include various sizes/ages.
