AKA the 'Giant Spanish Isopod'

A large isopod is identified by its dark brown/black and bright yellow carapace with white edging.

Prefers a low-humidity, semi-arid environment that is mostly dry with a smaller moist space. Good ventilation.

Sexually dimorphic. Males have significantly longer uropods, making them noticeably different from females. 

AKA "Sowbug", thus cannot roll into a ball. 

 

Captive bred. Colonies include various sizes/ages.
