Large, wide-bodied with a hard carapace. Bold and good eaters.A solid orange mutation of the Porcellio laevis, which is grey in color.
These are active and fast-moving isopods that are more visible on the surface of their substrate as opposed to other isopods. They also like to burrow.
A hardy species thrives in damp and dry environments via a moisture gradient habitat. Good ventilation.
Not sexually dimorphic.
AKA "Sowbug", thus cannot roll into a ball.
Captive bred. Colonies include various sizes/ages.
