    The Orin's Calico isopods are a morph of Porcellio scaber originally produced by Orin McGonigle. 

    Porcellio scaber = "rough pig" (due to its bumpy carapace)

    Both males and females have mottled orange, grey, black, or yellowish-grey, bodies.

    Require warm temperatures and medium humidity but not wet. 

    Good ventilation is critical.

    Not sexually dimorphic.

    AKA "Sowbug", thus cannot roll into a ball. 

     

    Captive bred. Colonies include various sizes/ages.
