The Details:
A pied form of the Porcellionides pruinosus 'Powder Orange', also known as the orange cousin to the 'Oreo Crumble' isopod. Looks almost identical to the 'Oreo Crumble' but with a vibrant orange color.
A medium-sized, soft-bodied isopod.
Hardy species prefer warm and constantly humid environments.
Not sexually dimorphic.
Fast-moving and difficult to catch.
AKA "Sowbug," thus cannot roll into a ball.
Note: This species lacks a hard shell (soft-bodied) and is, therefore, delicate. Extra care must be taken when transferring them. Don't handle or drop soft-bodied isopods into a container.
This species is known to cannibalize each other when their diet has insufficient protein.
